International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by your country’s customs authority. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing can add 1–5 business days to delivery.
  • We must declare full value and cannot mark orders as gifts.
  • Refusal to pay customs may result in return-to-sender; original shipping is non-refundable.

Address Changes & Order Edits

If your order has not been packed, we’ll do our best to update the address. Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct information.

  • For security, significant address changes may require cancellation and re-ordering.
  • We cannot change the address after the carrier has picked up the package.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns.

Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: Shipped via USPS only (no Express by some carriers).
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS; delivery may take 7–15+ business days.
  • Preorders/backorders ship by their release window shown on the product page.
  • Multiple-item orders may ship in separate packages at no extra cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, or if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days so we can assist. We may require photos, a carrier claim, or a police report for theft claims.

  • Ensure the shipping address is secure and monitored.
  • Check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier hub.
  • Allow 24 hours after a delivery scan for the package to appear.

How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During drops or sale periods, processing may take an extra business day.
What are the US shipping options?
Standard (3–6 business days), Expedited (2–3 business days), and Express (1–2 business days). Carriers include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and service availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Canada typically arrives in 5–10 business days; EU/UK in 6–12; and other international destinations 7–15. Customs, duties, and taxes are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan. If you didn’t receive tracking, check your spam folder or contact support with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
We can assist if your order hasn’t been packed. Contact support immediately with the correct address. For security reasons, we may cancel and re-place the order.
Why did my order ship in multiple packages?
To speed up delivery, items may ship from different facilities. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers at no extra shipping cost.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan (or expected delivery date). We’ll assist with a carrier claim and next steps. Photos and documentation may be required.
